Ford Stainback grew up in the business. His father, Kent Stainback, founded The Stainback Organization over 35 years ago. But Ford saw something others missed — a gap in Dallas’s most prestigious neighborhoods. Despite most residences being custom-built, no one was building spec homes that matched the quality and character of the surrounding architecture.
