Project Development

Successful real estate development requires detailed, thoughtful, strategic expertise: whether the requirement is taking a completely undeveloped parcel of land and creating a vibrant shopping center, or starting with an idea that morphs into an operating business. Growth is a desire of many companies, but implementation often becomes a struggle.

Joe Hudson Collision Centers

Working with Joe Hudson Collision Centers, a high-quality auto repair service company based near Montgomery, AL.  The Stainback Organization Project Development group has successfully supported the company’s growth initiatives by advising and managing their development in various greenfields that otherwise would not have been possible without creating a real estate development group within their own company. These build-to-suits, managed by our Project Development team, allow JHCC to focus on what they do best – repair vehicles for their customers and get them back on the road safely.

Greenville, TX Mixed-Use Development
