For close to a decade, we provided services including accounting, budgeting, rent collection, facility management (inspections, repairs, capital improvement oversight, etc.), tenant relations and lease negotiations for their investment properties. Working hand-in-hand to establish attainable goals for the Wells Fargo portfolio and delivering above and beyond those expectations created a long standing relationship and carried over with tenants in our owned properties.

Secure online rent collection – Our tenants can conveniently pay rent online 24/7 through a variety of secure online payment options. Recurring automated payments are also available to “set it and forget it.”

Efficient maintenance workflow – Online maintenance requests and images created with any mobile device are effortlessly converted into work orders communicated electronically to vendors, ensuring our tenant’s issues are resolved quickly and effectively. Progress of their maintenance requests can also be viewed real-time in the online tenant portal.

Detailed property inspections – Property inspections are completed within the platform and submitted to our owners via the online owner portal. Property photos, inspector comments and work orders created from the inspection can also be viewed within the owner portal.

Reliable owner reports – Owner statements provide a detailed monthly overview of the physical and financial condition of their properties. The reports are customized to our property owner’s preferences and conveniently accessed online.

Effective marketing for vacancies – Vacancies are broadly advertised online with mobile applications available for prospective tenants to access via their mobile device. Mobile applicants are screened within the platform to identify the highest quality tenants within minutes.
