Kevin Joseph
President of Stainback Property Management
Kevin Joseph is President of Stainback Property Management, a division of The Stainback Organization. In his duties, Kevin leads teams of accountants and facilities management professionals that oversee a variety of residential and commercial properties. Kevin’s goal is to manage each property as if his own, which ultimately brings more value to the real estate owner.
Kevin graduated from Rice University with a BA in business management and political science. In 2005, after completing a career in professional baseball which included a stint with the St. Louis Cardinals, he began working for The Stainback Organization, specializing in market research and site acquisitions for national retail tenants.
